Admission Procedure
Registration:
Registration for the new academic year 2023-2024 is ongoing. For admissions kindly contact the School Registrar on Tel (237) 699214452,650235391-696727255 Situated at Bastos Rue Boulevard de la Russie a Bastos
Application:
Initial Inquiry
Parent makes contact with the School and requests an appointment to visit the school. This is done by either by using the contact form on the website or by telephoning the admissions department.
Preliminary Visit
The prospective parent confirms the appointment to visit the School and is given a contact name. During the visit the parent is given a tour of the school and meets the Director/Deputy Director.
Completion of the Application
Once the parent decides that the British Isles International School is the School of their choice; he/she is required to complete an application for each student. The procedure is as follows:
Parents must complete the school Online application to start the application process. A list of supporting documents should be included upon submitting the application
Acknowledgement
Within 72 hours of submitting the online application(s) you will receive a reference number. There after contact the Admissions office to confirm the completion of the application process. If you are applying for a place in a year group that is already full, you will be contacted by the school as soon as we receive notice of a withdrawal.
Assessment
Interviews or assessments are scheduled once we receive the completed application. Completion of assessment does not guarantee a place at BIIS.

Applications Documents
- Completed application form
- One passport-sized photograph
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Copies of the last two years school reports (in English or French)
- Copy of the current year school report (if applicable)
- Transcripts for GCE O/LEVEL / IGCSE results for 6th Form
- Students Transfer form or School Leaving Certificate (6th Form only)
- Copy of parent passport/ national identity card
